Trying to work out how I could get the hens to wear Santa hats so I can make Christmas cards with pictures of Christmassy chickens. No amount of bribery with grapes and/or Wensleydale is going to make this happen in real life, but luckily I can pretend to myself that I succeeded, with judicious use of a computer.I’ll have to make do with Omlet’s own range of cards, which does, at least, benefit the Battery Hen Trust.

I was in Sainsbury's when I noticed the Innocent Smoothies are all wearing tiny knitted hats. They'd be the perfect size for chickens!
Is it sad that I thought of a fellow blogger's chickens whilst shopping in Sainsbury's? I think so. Oops.
Aw - tiny knitted hats! I've got some for boiled eggs (to keep the eggs warm you know!) but for chickens, now there's an idea.
I tried to put a picture up but the picture thingy in the editing tools has disappeared! It's a conspiracy! Someone doesn't want my chicken pics up there!
